These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and zv999 ("zv999", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the website located at zv999.win and all associated services, products, games, and features offered therein (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including visitors, registered members, and any person accessing zv999 from within Pakistan or any other jurisdiction.

To register and use the zv999 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. zv999 strictly prohibits use of the Platform by minors. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or permanently close accounts where the age requirement is not met.
• You must be a natural person acting in your own personal capacity. Corporate or business registrations are not permitted.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, voluntary exclusion agreement, or any other restriction that prohibits you from gambling on any platform.
• You must ensure that accessing and using an online gambling service is lawful in the jurisdiction from which you access the Platform. You are solely responsible for determining the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction. zv999 makes no representation as to the lawfulness of the Platform in any specific jurisdiction.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the zv999 Platform for any reason.

zv999 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any point and to refuse service or close accounts that do not meet these requirements.

Each individual user is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the zv999 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single person ("duplicate accounts") is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

When registering your zv999 account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information, including your legal name, date of birth, and a valid Pakistani mobile number.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to ensure it remains accurate and complete at all times.
• Keep your login credentials — username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) — strictly confidential. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted under your account.
• Notify zv999 support immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account.

zv999 may require identity verification ("KYC") at any stage, including at registration, before processing withdrawals, or in response to regulatory requirements. Verification typically requires submission of a copy of your Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) or other government-issued identity document. Failure to complete verification may result in account restrictions.

All financial transactions on the zv999 Platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). zv999 does not apply currency conversion fees on deposits or withdrawals made in PKR.

Deposits: Funds may be deposited using supported payment methods including JazzCash, Easypaisa, bank transfer (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah), Visa, Mastercard, UnionPay, and USDT TRC20. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction. Deposits made via JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically credited instantly.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified (KYC complete) before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods that have been used for deposits, or to payment accounts registered in your own name.
• Any applicable bonus wagering requirements must be met before withdrawal of bonus-derived funds.
• zv999 reserves the right to perform additional security and fraud checks before releasing funds. This may extend processing times in individual cases.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in the Cashier section of your account.

zv999 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking institutions, or network conditions outside our control.

zv999 may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotions from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of the offer, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, minimum deposit thresholds, and expiry dates.

General bonus conditions include:

• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier is specified in each promotion's individual terms.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless the specific promotion explicitly permits otherwise.

All bets and wagers placed on the zv999 Platform are final once confirmed. The following general betting rules apply across all products:

• Bets are accepted at the odds or terms displayed at the time of placement. zv999 is not responsible for errors in displayed odds resulting from technical faults, but reserves the right to void bets placed at materially erroneous odds.
• Sports betting markets are governed by specific sports betting rules published in the Help section of the Platform. In the event of any conflict between general Terms and sport-specific rules, the sport-specific rules shall prevail.
• Casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) or, in the case of live casino products, by physical dealing and spinning under live-streamed conditions. zv999 does not interfere with game outcomes.
• In the event of a disconnection during a game round, the outcome will be determined by the game server record and shall be final. zv999 is not liable for losses arising from connectivity issues on the user's end.
• zv999 reserves the right to void any bet or game round where there is evidence of technical malfunction, data corruption, or manifest error.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the zv999 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Registering multiple accounts or providing false identity information.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform.
• Colluding with other players or engaging in any form of coordinated advantage play.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Engaging in chargebacks or reversals on deposits made to your account without prior notification to zv999 support.
• Attempting to exploit software errors, bugs, or technical vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by applicable law while misrepresenting your location.

All content on the zv999 Platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, game content, and the compilation thereof — is the property of zv999 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Platform without express written permission from zv999.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, zv999, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.

zv999's total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your zv999 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. zv999 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for purpose of the Platform.

zv999 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide the following tools to help players maintain control over their gambling activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after playing for a set period of time.

Any verified remaining balance in your account at the time of termination (excluding bonus funds subject to active wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, provided that the termination was not due to breach of these Terms by you.

zv999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice to registered users via email, on-site notification, or both. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them or the Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. In the event of a dispute, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting zv999 support. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, the parties agree to submit to binding arbitration under applicable rules, or to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts as determined by zv999 in its discretion.

These Terms do not affect any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under applicable law.
